Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking dedicated Case Managers to join their client's team. This role involves working closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring that program goals are met and that participants receive the support they need to succeed.
Consult with program participants through the ISP process.
Develop daily, weekly, and yearly curriculum.
Assure program goals are met annually.
Work directly with and supervise individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Provide daily training and instruction for achieving participant goals and objectives.
Deliver direct care services to individuals.
Minimum 2 years experience in direct training of developmentally disabled adults
Minimum AA degree
First Aid and CPR Certified
Strong advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Must be able to pass pre-hire requirements
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22
Able to speak a second language is helpful
Computer proficient in MS Office
Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:00pm
Salary range is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
